holding space for loss in a body that knows how to grieve.
Compassion and presence
Grief isn't pathology — it's love without an object. Yoga therapy opens the heart, releases the holding in the chest, and allows your body to express what the mind can't say.
Grief lives in the body. A closed heart, a tight throat, tension in the shoulders. Yoga therapy isn't meant to 'move you past' your grief — that's not how grief works. Instead, gentle heart-opening sequences, supported forward folds, and guided rest create a container where grief can be felt and expressed. Over time, the sharpness softens, and your body learns to hold both the loss and the love together.
