do i need to know yoga already?

No. Many of Tamanna's clients have never practised before. The journey starts from where you are.

what if 8 weeks isn't long enough?

If your condition needs more time, the journey can be extended, or you can move into an ongoing practice. We'll know by week six.

what if i need to reschedule a session?

Sessions can be moved with 24 hours' notice. Life happens. We'll find another time.
